We’ve decided to get a little more interactive and share some experiences with you!
Summer is in full swing which means a lot of sun, birthdays and BBQ's. But it also brings rain :( and pollen; and warm weather can make caking a whole lot harder. The whole process of working on your delicious cake changes in the summer months. This includes early rises and later finishes to accommodate for the heat. To top it off, I suffer from hay fever so it makes it even more challenging at times. The main thing I do enjoy is taking a well deserved afternoon break; lets call it a siesta on the roof terrace. It often recharges the mind and body to work through the night.
Please remember to keep your cakes cool and not in the fridge.
